- magenta). I've been growing this "weed"
all over the US for 30 years and enjoying
it in salads and cooked dishes. Nutritional
powerhouse and cousin to chard, beets,
spinach, orach and quinoa. Up to 12
feet (they don't call it gigantea for
nothin'). $2.00 / packet. 300 seeds
